Travelling with your pets to Costa Rica

There is MUCH confusion in the past couple of weeks on pets going into Costa Rica and worry that there is a new law in place because pets are being sent to the cargo warehouse rather than being cleared through the passenger terminal.

Rush Limbaugh Moving to Costa Rica if Health Care Reform Passes

I see that radio talker Rush Limbaugh is indulging in one of his patented tantrums, telling listeners that he’ll leave the United States if health care reform passes.
When a caller asked what he will do it healthcare reform passes Rush said “I don’t know. I’ll just tell you this, if this passes and it’s five years from now and all that stuff gets implemented — I am leaving the country. I’ll go to Costa Rica.”

Victory! – Laura Chinchilla is the First Female President in Costa Rica

Laura Chinchilla, is now President Laura Chinchilla, on Sunday was elected the first female president in Costa Rica’s history, winning the popular vote with a 46.8% support with 94.2% of the ballots counted.
Laura Chinchilla’s win was apparent within a few hours of the closing of the voting, as rivals Ottón Solís and Otto Guevara declared defeat, not even waiting for the vote count to reach the half way mark.
