		<description>Thank you for your comment Jose. Your comment is what many foreigner experience in Costa Rica. Unfortunately, there is a disconnection between your comment and the reality of what foreign investment brings to Costa Rica. Laura Chinchilla travels to other countries to seek foreign investment to help the Costa Rican economy but many ticos are not able to to two and two together. One hand feeds the other and we cannot live apart. It is either accept the foreign investment and the fruits of which help millions of ticos or reject it. But do not accept money in one hand from foreigners and then with the other hand give them the finger.

Laura and the government needs to address this serious issue if Costa Rica will move forward in the world economy. Not sure if there is a acronym in Spanish for &quot;trickle down&quot; economics but that is what happens in Costa Rica for the vast majority of ticos whom never meet a tourist. Look it up.</description>
