I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this. Yes, the market is doing very well here in Jaco. While the tourism market has dramatically reduced, it is still active. While I am not a real estate professional, I think the math is simple to help understand the market conditions here and everywhere for that matter. The credit crunch has stalled projects ironically there is still lots of interested buyers but with the banks hands tied there is not much that can be done.
