iron-maiden-costa-ricaIron Maiden’s tour has added once again Costa Rica to their list of tour locations. The concert is planned for March 3rd and is their second time visiting Costa Rica. Last years reception for the legendary hard rock band was spectacular. The fans sold out the show and the groups was overwhelmed with their Central American reception. Many rock bands pass up countries in Central America because of logistics and lack of historical data of fan support. Last year Iron Maiden took the chance to play in Costa Rica last February 2008, so they need not worry about predicting the concerts attendance which was sold out a few days after the tickets went on sale.

The rock concert event reached across central America and as far as Mexico when heavy metal fans flocked to Costa Rica to see Iron Maiden play live. The event is promoted by EventPro Costa Rica which has set up new ticket offices in El Salvador where fans sold out the tickets in a few hours. This years concert will be at Alejandro Morera Soto stadium, Alajuela.

Last years concert was an unknown entity, so the road manager did not schedule many of the famous heavy metal bands features. But because of last years success, the road manager has promised that Iron Maiden will put on a full show as they do elsewhere which includes their famous pyrotechnics synched to the music and more equipment. The reality is that a heavy metal concert in the traditional sense is not complete without the fire throwing, explosions, and fireworks so the latin fans this year will see how Iron Maidens concerts are really conducted at other premium locations. So this event is not only new for Latin fans but this years concert will a true masterpiece in the overall experience.

Iron Maiden is famous for songs such as  “Iron Maiden”, “Killers”, “The Number of the Beast” and “Piece of Mind” will be adding these songs to the lineup of this years concert.
